Group Classes - Strength and Conditioning


Welcome to Group Classes at KettleBox Fitness! KettleBox delivers a dynamic, full-body workout through its heart-rate-based program, seamlessly blending resistance training with cardio boxing for a high-energy, community-driven experience.
Our resistance program is centered around the kettle bell (although free weights, bands, balls, and other accessories are also utilized!) which provides a dynamic, low impact, muscle building workout not commonly found in other gyms. Heart rate zone training ensures that clients are performing at the optimal intensity to burn fat, build endurance, and improve cardiovascular health.
Our focus on using heavier weights and split muscle group training ensures that members can build muscle mass and achieve more defined muscle tone.
A key aspect of our program is the emphasis on functional training over traditional HIIT. This functional approach translates into improved performance in daily activities, building strength that supports real-life tasks and movements.
Incorporating heavy bag boxing into our workout classes rounds out our program. We sweat it out while still focusing on strength building! There is no sparring or contact and prior boxing experience is not required. With guidance from our trainers, just throw on the gloves, learn our basic 6 punches, and go after it!
Classes are small (up to 15 people max) for personalized attention and are 45 - 60 minutes in duration. Coaches are all certified personal trainers!
