Liz Skert is a strength and movement coach who believes training should be purposeful, efficient, and built for real life. With a background in Exercise Science and experience in rehab and corrective exercise, she focuses on helping members move better, build strength safely, and train with intention.
Her coaching style is direct, supportive, and results-driven. Expect clear instruction, controlled intensity, and a strong focus on mechanics, because how you move matters just as much as how hard you work. Liz meets members where they are, whether they’re rebuilding, refining, or pushing their limits.
With additional experience in nutrition coaching, she takes a full-picture approach to progress, helping members create consistency both inside and outside the studio.
